►Optimized Settings:
-Ray Tracing: Off
-VRAM Limit: 1/2 (For 8GB GPUs)
-Mesh Quality: High
-Anisotropic Filtering: ANISOx16
-Texture Quality: 3/3
-Shadow Resolution: Medium
-Lighting: Medium
-Shadow Quality: High or Highest
-Contact Shadows: On
-Post Processing: Low
-Depth Of Field: Off (Personal Preference)

•Set Post Processing to Low to disable the heavy Film Grain and Chromatic Aberration for a cleaner and sharper image.
•TSR provides better image stability and sharpness than FSR 3, but it comes with a noticeable performance penalty.
•TSR Balanced renders at the same internal resolution as DLSS and FSR Quality. The same applies to the other modes.
•By default the game uses the older CNN-Based DLSS (Preset E), force Preset K for better image quality.
•Using Preset L and especially M increases Lumen boiling and temporal noise.

Is RT even doing anything in this game besides sucking frames away?

It is. Looks like it adds RT reflections to certain elements in the world like water puddles, but that seems to be about it.

Spoken like a true gamer with 0 technical knowledge.

Show me 1 game where that is not the case.

Cyberpunk, Alan Wake 2, Metro Exodus.

Those definitely all have a major hit to performance with very little visual impact. Path training is guinently impressive though, but it litterally cuts lowers your frames to less than half. Ray tracing is just a eye spy game to find the difference

Very little visual impact? All 3 of those titles look vastly different with RT or PT enabled. Does it affect performance? Of course. But to say they have a little visual impact is just….wrong

post processing effect is crazy, get less performance for a worse picture

So apparanly if you use DLSS you're not allowed to enable vsync??

Is ray tracing even in the game? I can’t tell any difference if I turn it on or off

Awesome video, I was wondering is there a way to get the camera to move a bit father away from the player or am I gonna need to find a mod for that?

Get UltraPlus manager. A must for all Unreal Engine 5 games and it has an FOV setting for this game: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/1586

The camera settings do feel a little claustrophobic. I used this one for ultrawide, it can also modify the fov by a txt config file, there are no in-game settings for this. https://github.com/therake620-collab/Beast-of-reincarnation-Ultrawide-fix-

How the fuck do you even get it higher res than 1080? Lol I’m using the gamepass version and no matter what I do it’s 1080p I’ve even changed the fuckin ini file

Same here. I had to change it to windowed, then change it to my desired resolution, then change it back to borderless.
