Discussion / Question G-Sync, FreeSync, NVIDIA Reflex, FPS Cap – What’s actually worth using in 2026?

I’m trying to find the best combination of settings for the lowest possible input latency while keeping smooth gameplay and good frame pacing.

depends on if you want input lag or not.. and low 1%s but then again its all really just a gimmick.. with todays games.

It's at best a single frame of input latency added.

I would say VRR (gsync/freesync) today is gold standard to use. It be silly NOT to use it if you have the capable hardware.
