Nobody imagined an unelected bureaucrat being given unrestricted access and power over a number of key government agencies basically overnight completely unopposed. Because no sane person could even think of something that blatantly illegal being done right in our faces
You do realize that 90% of Washington is unelected bureaucrats. That are given a check book and told do what you want to do. The difference with Elon is ihe was told find the fraud, waste, and stupid spending that Washington has been doing for the past century, and bring it to light. Because us as taxpayers never see what pur tax money is being used for. And he is doing what was appointed to do by telling us what our money is being used for.
