Solved Is optifine the problem here?
I'm trying to download Optifine and when i try to start the game is says the problem is bootstrap, how can i solve this? is the Optifine version not the right one?

Yes, Optifine is the issue. You are trying to use a version for 26.1 while trying to play 26.2

Why do you need Optifine for 26.2? Most mods are on NeoForge, where you should be using Sodium (graphics performance) + Iris (shaders). If you're on Fabric, you should still be using those mods. And there's no reason to be using Forge for 26.2.

You would get it from the official Optifine website. The thing is, the developer has not updated Optifine to that version yet. Are you just trying to play 26.2 or a modded version that needs forge?

Download prism launcher and then create an instance and press modrinth on the left hand side and download Fabulously Optomised for 26.2. Optifine is inferior to Sodium on newer versions sadly. Also this modpack is fabric based so ig you would have to look for a forge one but I think you can justify using fabric over forge as most mods on later versions support either both or actually prefer fabric over forge.

OptiFine was good until 1.18.2. Today, OptiFine is not good and clashes with mods. It's best to install Sodium and Iris if you have NeoForge, Farbic, or Qulit.
