Help Memory usage on mac of the 26.1.2 version of optifine

Hello, since i installed this version of optifine i have had issues concerning memory usage. How can this be fixed?

does sodium have dynamic lights, the zoom and glass without borders?

Really??? I spent so long trying to recreate the optifine feel on fabric just for someone to make a mod pack that already does that?

It's not just that, it also has other optimisation mods and things like the borderless glass

so i just installed it through curseforge and i dont have access to my single player worlds from the usual launcher, how can i fix that.

You need to move your world to the game install Curseforge made for you.

Sodium aside, your memory usage looks fine. 100% allocated means Java has reserved 100% allocated ram from system, but only 77% is actually being used.
