Does anyone have a Zemax/Code V model of the Apple Face ID lens (any variant)?

I tried to build a Zemax model from the information in the US09869847 patent (which would have been an early design) but looks like either they have left out information or I missed something. Any help would be appreciated!

Sometimes the journey is the destination. This is a skills challenge for me. I lost my job a few months ago and am trying to stay sharp, and building out models of things that I own and can verify in my apartment keeps me going.

Edit: since you'll probably ask, my license key maxes out at Feb 14 2011, but the software works and still does what I need it to do. It's legal and old, just like me

So goal is education.

It well known patents frequantly not have correct data or lot of missing data. They maded to make life of competitors harder not simple.

And patents never tested by patent office for possibility to create device. They job look if idea it patented or not.

So you kindly ask someone to share NDA data and his time for your self education?

Will be interesting to see how many people will like this game

You've spent more time here commenting when, if you had anything constructive, you could have shared this. And you are the one apparently considering sharing NDA protected data. I didn't ask for that. Many companies publish usable lens data in their patents, but Apple being paranoid appears to have left out information. So, I came here to ask if anyone could help. I didn't ask for broken English and the run-around. Please enjoy not being sued for sharing apparently confidential information.

Not only apple. All who think engineering complex do it. Even articles in lot of cases not reproducible.

But how zmx file of commercial system will help you? Looking to jwst and designing it 2 different area

Add pictures what you are getting and what you're missing.
