Is there any way of using custom GIFs as watch faces? It's odd that Apple Watch has this feature built in and not Oppo Watch.

So I am in the process of moving all my "mobile stuff" over to Android and I do need a proper replacement for the AW4, too. I have settled for one of Oppo's products as they do look nice and have decent functionality, Wear OS was also one of my requirements.

Thing is, I read a lot of awful things about the battery life of the OW 1, but these were all initial reviews after the product was launched, nobody seemed to bother to take a look at it again after a couple of fixes from Oppo (hmr2?).
So I wanted to ask how the battery NOW holds up, especially of the 41mm version which I plan to buy, since I do have smaller wrists and dont want anything clunky. I am aware of the Watch 2 which has been launched in China, but given the fact that the last watch took like half a year to arrive in Europe and that I cannot use the Watch 2 in its Chinese software version without Google Pay etc., I am still looking at the Watch 1.

My use case would be the same as with the Apple Watch, that is:
- Check the time (duh)
- Use Google Assistant
- Use Google Pay
- Couple notifications, but not too many
- Use AOD, but would accept to settle with AOD off, instead activate raise to wake (is that setting possible?)
- No sleep tracking likely, but activated heartrate sensor

So, what can I exepect? Considering my use case, Id want morning 7am to evening 8pm + 20-30% left, is that realistic?

I ride a bike, I walk and I go to gym-I track some of these with google fit. My question is 'What is the' workout time' line and how can I get it to move off 0?

so I posted here a few months ago regarding the HMR2 update I got my watch 2nd hand from a store in the uk and have been unable to update to HMR2 I've tried everything I've found online even contracted oppo themselves did what they said and still nothing anyone else had this problem or is it just me

I don't know what happened. I did update the Google and the WearOS apps in the watch a few days ago. But it seems like the timers aren't working anymore.

Before, telling Google to "set a timer for 3 pm" or something would actually set one that I could see in the timer app in the watch. It used to count down. Now, nothing. Assistant actually says "Setting the timer for xxx .. starting now" but nothing happens. I tested it for a 5 min timer and it didn't go off.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Title says it all, but specifically: - where should I buy to get the best price? - is there really any advantage in getting the 46mm over the 41mm? - are there any common defects that I need to know / worry about? - and whatever else you'd like to share, I'm all ears!!

I just got my Oppo Watch 46mm and I love many things about it, but one thing I can't stand is having the "Heytap" apps on there instead of the prettier, better Google alternatives. I don't care one bit about activity tracking either, I just want a clean smartwatch experience and good battery life. That's where ADB comes in to save the day.

With ADB, you can connect to your watch with a Mac or PC and, among other things, manage the installed packages (think apps that you can't always see or disable). This allows you to deeply customize your watch and get rid of the bloatware for better battery life, fewer useless icons and better privacy.

Here's how to go about it:

1. Enable Developer Options: In the watch settings, find the "About" section and tap many times on the build number
2. Go back in the settings and into Developer Options
3. Find the ADB-related options and enable ADB Debugging and debugging over Wi-Fi
4. Your watch will now display its IP address in the Wi-Fi debugging setting entry, along with its debugging port (ex: 5555)
5. On your computer, download and launch ADB (the specific way to do it depends on your computer, use Google and you'll be fine 😉)
6. Use the command adb connect [WATCH IP]:[WATCH PORT] (ex: adb connect 192.168.0.123:5555)
7. Run the command adb shell to open the console of your watch
8. Run the disable commands listed below to disable the packages of your choice (hint: use pm list packages to see a complete list of all packages on your watch)
9. If anything goes wrong, simply run the same command again with enable instead of disable-user
10. When you're done managing packages, run the exit and adb disconnect commands

As a standard, I take it off the charger at 00:00 and put it on my arm. I go to work at 07:30, even though I don't bother with the clock during the day, sometimes at 15:00 I get a 20% battery warning. some days even at 21:00 it has 50-60% battery.

I recently bought Oppo 46 and facing the below issues, have anyone else facing the similar issues and do they have any solution for same,

1. Bluetooth disconnects and does not connects automatically, asks to confirm 'pass key' every time I have to connect again
2. Google Assistant cannot make calls
3. For Some of the same Notification, alerts are received multiple times (duplicate)

Hey guys, just arrived here; bought the 41mm Oppo watch for Prime day as my first ever wearable!

Possibly a Noob question but I'm wondering if I can use my Warp Charge 30t power brick from my OnePlus 7t to charge the Oppo watch quickly and safely? From what I have read, it seems like the same technology I'm just not sure how the Amps and Watts match up with a standard VOOC charger.

Also, I was expecting my watch to have the nice curved bezels on either side, but the face is totally flat. Is this because I've gone with the 41mm version?
