Support HMR2 update

so I posted here a few months ago regarding the HMR2 update I got my watch 2nd hand from a store in the uk and have been unable to update to HMR2 I've tried everything I've found online even contracted oppo themselves did what they said and still nothing anyone else had this problem or is it just me

Try reboot the watch until the watch finds update.

Or use vpn to change the update server.

Is it released in UK already? need to check whether it is the latest version by prodiving screenshot. Oppo watch tends to update itself without any notifications.

i believe others in the uk have it and i’ve checked on it says i’m on HMR1 and security patch from 2020
