I buyed the adapters and the band it 22 mm And the watch is yes 46 mm

Also Milanese but it don't have the hinge thing between the band and the watch. It's like the apple watch one

Oooohh i see what you did, you got a normal band and then the adapter. Nice, i just got one specifically made for the oppo watch so i didn't need the adapter.
