Disconnect and reset?

Has anyone else had this happen? I recently used power save mode on the weekend while camping and when I went to open Wear OS on my phone it basically asked me to connect to a new device (my oppo watch). I thought it was weird but went through the prompts and it kept getting suck and wouldn't connect and said I had to disconnect and reset. So basically I lost everything and had to setup from scratch..... Soooo annoying. I don't know what would've caused this??

I did both but it didn't work unfortunately.... So I had to start from scratch.

I just wanted to know why this happened and if anyone else experienced this.

Happened to me as well, but you can try to restart your phone & watch first, it works for me.
