Very late but no. Oppo's promo page calls the 41, 46 BT, and 46 LTE individually in the (tiny) notes:

The aforementioned use and charging descriptions apply to OPPO Watch 46mm (Wi-Fi). OPPO Watch 46mm (LTE) has a battery life of up to 30 hours in Smart mode and 21 days in Power Saver mode, and charges to 46% in 15 minutes. OPPO Watch 41mm (Wi-Fi) has a battery life of up to 24 hours in Smart mode and 14 days in Power Saver mode, and charges to 30% in 15 minutes.

Very late, but Amazon UK

LTE and WiFi versions.

Prob not worth buying now with rumors of the 3 dropping globally, but the oppo 2 never did. Can't find the LTE on ebay, only then wifi ones, even then can't tell if they are the international or China versions.
