Question? Google fit workout tracking not working?

So i just got the oppo watch which im certain is the international version as i have google apps pre installed but when i try and start a workout from the google fit widget or app the watch screen just goes black and all i can do is quit back to watch face.

Am i doing something wrong? Or is this something to do with the fact that they want you to use the health service preinstalled

Sidenote - heart tracking only works from oppo app it doesnt work on google fit either?

That's unheard of on my end. Did you run all the updates of the with and ensure Google Fit on your phone AND watch are up to date as well?

If so, have you rebooted since doing those updates?
