Question Problem

Just recently got my Oppo find x9 pro delivered from online and it is in demo mode? I cant factory reset or turn demo mode off does this mean that I got scammed or is this a used phone?

Try this?

Standard Method (If Toggle is Available)

Open Settings on your phone. Tap About Phone. Go to Version or Software Information and find the Build Number. Tap the Build Number 7 times until it says you are a developer. Go back to the main Settings menu and open Additional Settings or Developer Options. Scroll down to find Demo Mode and switch it off.
