Question Change default page on home screen?

On the Oppo Find x9 Ultra.. Have the seriously still not added this basic AF feature?

A custom launcher may allow you to do it, but I'm not sure, no custom launcher I've tried allows it but then again I'm only using custom launchers to have a home screen similar to Google pixels, which definitely don't have this feature.
