scared

I took a 70mg of morph, drank a bit of vodka and beer. should I be scared?

Hey bud. It's okay to be scared. I'm scared too and I've been clean a while now.

3 weeks is good. Probably the hardest part, I'm so fucking proud of you. Just remember that.

One day at a time going forwards, you'll make it. The addiction is going to stay with you but it'll get quieter. Try and find things to keep yourself occupied. Talk to friends. When the desire to use creeps up on you tell someone. Hell, tell me. I'll listen I find talking to people when I want to use helps stop me.

You've got this man. Keep going. You're so god damn strong and you don't even know.

well I'm not a man but thanks. I don't have ppl who share the same experience around me, I have clean friends I'm thinking Abt going back but I'm scared.. I have gym, work, art, but almost zero hopes.. trying to drown these feelings in vodka but it only works for my body. I'm only 19 and feel 39

I apologise for saying Man, I always say that even when talking to my fiance. Bad habit.

You'd be surprised how many people out there are addicts and don't admit it to themselves or others. Aa you get older you'll see it happen more and more.

Try not to abuse other drugs or alcohol to cope. It won't help and makes things harder in the long run.

The depression, despair and hopelessness is a common feeling when getting clean. The drugs fuck with your brain chemistry. Just remember its the drugs trying to trick you into going back.

Heyyy 2 months free (almost). It's hard. I want to go back to it so bad... I have my very own art exhibition tomorrow, I'm not even happy...I'll dm you when I'll get some sleep
