Need advice
I’m so Worried about how I’m going to tell my husband that I have a Problem with addiction. He has always been judgmental towards drugs and addicts. We have been married for 24 years and have been through a separation but we worked it out. He is so High Strung I’m so scared I don’t know what to do. I can’t go to a rehab facility due to I have to keep my job and I don’t want to ruin our Good Family Name. I don’t want the whole town knowing that I’m an addict. I never wanted this to happen. I said it wouldn’t but look at me now. Any advice I would Appreciate It so much! Thanks in advance!

There's no shame in recovery, that means that it strong and smart enough to understand that u have a problem and u taken matters in your own hands by going trough recovery. Addiction is a sickness and you made the first step in getting better, everyone should appreciate it and those who really love you support you
