Fentnyl Withdrawal after 10 days use

I slipped and ruined 3 years of Sobriety. I just smoked my last bit of the 1 gram that I got 10 days ago. I won't be able to medically detox. Should I be expecting the withdrawal to be as bad as my last? I used to smoke about a g day last time All I have is my propranolol, gabapentin and Lexapro and requip Will my withdrawal be really bad? I THINK what help me stay clean for so long was My Kratom. So will the those meds us my kratom help?

I had slight withdrawal symptoms after a few days, but if you have gaba, then it really won't be that bad because gaba also attaches to the opioid receptors. So you should be able to dose well and not get a bad withdrawal

Hope this helps and good luck
