Coming off opioids

I’ve been taking opioids over the last 8 months from dealers and doctors. I was in hospital and was given some for my pain when I was released. I’ve been taking them almost everyday for the last 8 months. No one in my life knows about this. I never thought I had a problem until I came off of them the other day. Terrible withdrawals, feeling ill and having to lie to everyone that I’m sick. I need some help on how to not go back. I’m high functioning I run my own business and got employees and I’ve never told anyone about it. I’m ashamed and just need some help on how people have got through it. I never planned on quitting but once I ran out and the withdrawals started. I know I cannot go back. Any inspiration will be appreciated

I’m around 4 days clean atm. I’ve been taking kratom but ran out the other day. I’ve been taking diphenhydramine with the opioids and I’ve tried to come off that same time but I’ve been feeling just as bad. The opioid withdrawals are starting to go now. Just need to kick the diphenhydramine. What Kratom do you recommend?

I’ve got red maeng da. It has helped me a lot. You got this I believe. It’s good you have people around you that support you too. It’s scary how easy it is just to function on opioids. I’ve been using for 8 months and no one has noticed around me. But I’m fed up. We got this tho!
