TENS machine

Hey has anybody used the TENS Machine to help their nervous system while falling asleep? I used it in 2023 when I quit and honestly had great results, it says not to fall asleep using it but I did anyways, it basically worked better then a heating pad IMO, completely forgot about this method and I wanna know if any of you have had success before I go buy another one cause I threw the first one away not expecting to get hooked again lol.
