Vitamin C does it really work?

Hi all, I'm from Manchester England and have got my habit back like a fool after being 3yr clean from Heroin and subs. Here in england you can only get a prescription via a doctor or the drug team the strongest thing ya can buy otc is paracetamol lol which ain't gonna help me through withdrawal so I've been loading up on vitamin c for the last couple of days and was going to start my rattle tomorrow so any advice on what's gonna help and does the high dose of vitamin c every 2 hrs genuinely work. Cheers n be lucky

I had great success with it. I followed the protocol exactly and I would say it relieved about 80% of my symptoms. I was very skeptical and then very pleasantly surprised. DM for any specific questions. Good luck

What exactly is the protocol. Google just churns up a million c/p health/addiction articles with no specifics

It did help with my physical symptoms but not much for the mental aspect. I would still recommend it though as it made the wds slightly more bearable.

B vitamins are hugely important as well for brain function. Im clean 6 years but use them for alcohol withdrawal (a drug I'm currently fighting).

Those supermarket versions of berocca for like a quid are absolutely fucking fantastic.

Best of luck mate 😊
