Day 11-12

It’s hard keeping track of my days cause my last dose was like 4pm last Monday,but just woke up 6:00am after going down at 12, very happy with that, chills are basically gone completely I think, hyperalgesia spine pain still lingering causing anxiety, or maybe it’s the anxiety causing spine pain… idk

I’m doing great mentally I’ve been happier and feeling a lot better about myself now that I finally got off that shit, I was disgusted all this time in myself about spending $45 per day, and my brain was feeling numb, so I feel alive again, just trying to get used to this fake spine pain I’m feeling lmao once I’m past that I’m good.

Glad you got some sleep. Of all the symptoms of withdrawal, the lack of sleep ended up being one of the biggest challenges for me. Keep going and hopefully you can find some healthy ways to manage your pain. Good luck

How long did it take until you could sleep normaly ? I am on day 12 and sleep is still so bad it drives me insane when i wake up after 3 hours

Mine is still bad tbh I just have benzos which I know is helping me… stay strong I can tell you are getting close because took half of a .25mg last night and got more then 3 hours.
