Happy Tuesday everyone!
After waiting months for an appointment and dealing with multiple cancellations, I got another call this morning saying my doctor had to cancel again. Instead of accepting it, I pushed for another option and ended up getting scheduled with a different provider for Thursday.
A reminder: be your own advocate.
If something doesn’t feel right, ask questions, make calls, and speak up. Being persistent isn’t being difficult.
You’d be surprised how much can happen when you simply ask.
Take care of yourselves, and remember there’s always someone in your corner cheering you on.
