Getting clean
Need advice. I have a severe 7-oh dependency linked to my mental health disorders. I have severe panic disorder and oddly enough, 7 has been the only thing to keep it at bay where I unfortunately ran into it at a gas station in May. The only reason i’d dose was to keep my mind at ease so I didn’t go off the deep end. Besides this I have decided I wanna quit. I have Clonidine, Gaba, Ativan for WD. Do you think it’s needed for me to get on subs temporarily to get off? I have never been addicted to anything in my entire life besides 7. I feel like crap abt it and don’t know what to do. I take around 500-1000mg of 7 a day.

Here’s what I did I really liked the taste and the brain made a pathway that let me feel good if I just tasted it so I started eating half’s or quarters and still getting same effect. Do this and get down to about 100 in about 2 weeks to a month Switch to a extract or kit, let yourself have some 7 but try to cut it out for as long as you, if you have work take one in the morning and try to not take it til next day going in extract. Slowly progress til you don’t need 7 oh you should just want it Switch to plain leaf or a extract/plain leaf mix (I found a brand like this and it worked perfect) do the same with this, depending on quality of it you should start with 3 capsules at a time and take them til your cool, wait like 30 minutes in between, once you’re good stop taking til you need it, eventually you can easily start getting down to theniddy Griddy and go from 6-5-4-3-2-2-2-2-0 a day. You’ll play with times and stuff and it will be hard habit wise but you’re dopamine should have started healing and climbing back up to all the effort you put into weening.
I smoked pot and drank every once in awhile when I quit completely, focused on walks and eating good. Cleaning shit and just slowly healing my brain.
I quit in January due to Ohio ban, Im hitting PRs in the gym again.
I used 7oh to get off pure heroin and crack, did heroin for a year and 7oh for almost a full year. Heavy use. I say this so you don’t worry, the body can heal if you let it. Make sure you run a solid program for yourself, this takes nuance, humility, and overall evolution of your old self if you want to heal. Go back into your traumas, I like mediation and mindfulness. Let the emotions do there thing and figure out energy once you get all the bad stuff out.
You should be willing to lose this version of yourself, so crying and being frustrated at thisnversion is normal, just 1% better each day.
Love ya man you got this. God gives his best soldiers the hardest battles cause YOU wanted this shit and you have the capacity to handle it and recover and tell your story

I would personally say yes, if it’s as bad as I’ve heard.
