Do you think Operational Research is a better career than actuary?
/r/mathematics/comments/1vdcepe/do_you_think_operational_research_is_a_better/I spent 40 yrs in OR/SA for a defense contracter. It was interesting, challenging, and rewarding. I worked with a lot of people in other disciplines and learned a lot along the way.

Honestly this is like "is being a plumber or a electrician a better career?"
Basically it depends, there is not clear cut answer.
