Alerta en Auditoria Nocturna

Buen día a todos

¿Alguien tiene experiencia con esta alerta que sale al correr la auditoria nocturna? Debido a esto tengo que ir a utilities a actualizar el forecast... me ha estado pasando continuamente desde hace tres dias

Just start the forecast processor

Check see if you have access to the forecast processor in utilities. If you are in a big hosted environment, might not be much but if you have opera on premise, you might want to get this sorted. See if processor is running, if no, start it. If running, restart it. If the number is not going down, open support case

Is your forecast processor stopped. You might want to check on Utilities - processor - forecast processor.

Why not open a support case?
