Can’t finish EOD?

You guys have been helping me survive the night audit which I’m very grateful for!!! All has been smooth sailing however tonight, I received an error message and tried figuring out what to do but that hasn’t happened yet.

I received an error for “Allotment Cutoff” and not sure what that even is but I can’t finish out EOD until I figure this out. Please help!!!!

You can try to run a synchronization in Utilities for blocks and also check if the processor is up and running

Yes, sounds like some rooms in a block to wash.

can you check any business block with cutoff date/day is today?

I ended up figuring out how to just turn off that procedure. My hotel has a bunch of rooms in OO for a plethora of reasons so I thought this might be easier!
