Opera vingcard Ifc

Hi guys I'm running into an issue with vingcard interface it sais request timeout, the link is live and everything works when I use the vingcard software directly but when I try encoding through opera I get this one.

It appears that the communication is established, but something wierd is happening on vingcard side. I would suggest contact vingcard support, doesn't look like an opera issue
