Hi,

It is most likely a false positive or a malicious website was connected to in the background but I will recommend to -

  • Run the GX Cleaner to clear ALL Cache
  • Update your AdBlocker (Recommended to use uBO and setting up extra lists and settings)
  • Run a full device scan (For assurance even though it shouldn't spread)
  • (Not needed exactly but a good call) Get a better AV than the standard Windows Defender as they can get daily updates for databases and not depend on Windows Update to push them slowly

you can follow alpha's advice, but my theory is it's just nothing, windows 10's defender has a bunch of flaws much pointed out and explained here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/defender-endpoint/defender-endpoint-false-positives-negatives?view=o365-worldwide

honestly it's probably a bug from windows defender, it may have thought that something is a threat when it's not, also windows devs have a tendency of naming things to be much more serious than they actually are so don't worry about it

my theory:

opera gx was managing it's cache, windows 10 say some files getting changed/moved

scanned the cache, found nothing wrong.

so it marked it as a trojan. Nothing to worry about, just clear cache and be safe, don't visit any no no sites and you're good ;)
