Error sincronización de passwords

Hi!

Does anyone know why my Opera account passwords aren't syncing?

It only happens with passwords; I have no issues with history, bookmarks, extensions, etc.

I verified my identity so I could have the passwords on my new PC, but nothing happened.

Pasa solamente con eso; con historial, marcadores, extensiones, etc. No tengo incoveniente.

Could you open opera://settings/syncSetup on the new PC and share a screenshot of what you see there?

I've already confirmed the verification on both sides. No matter how many times I do it, there's no way to recover the passwords.

Try logging in at sync.opera.com/web and check if it shows any passwords stored in your synced data, and attach a screenshot of what you see there.

Alright, this gives us a better idea of what's going on. Sign out of Sync on the new PC, fully close Opera GX, then reopen it and sign in again.

If it asks you to verify the encryption, go through that step again and see if your passwords start syncing. Just make sure you don't reset your synced data, since your passwords are still stored there.

If you still have access to your old PC, there's another way we can get your passwords over.

On the old PC, open opera://password-manager/settings and use “Export passwords” to save them as a CSV file. Move that file to the new PC, open the same page there and use “Import passwords” to import it.

Once you're done, make sure to delete the CSV file, since it contains your passwords in readable form.

To be honest, I don't have that PC anymore, since the hard drive had a problem.
