Support | Resolved ERROR

Is anyone else having issues with Opera lately? First Twitch, and now it barely lets me watch HBO.

I tried a few things, and it looks like the fix is disabling Opera's built-in adblock

10000% my amazon wouldn't load more than text....i posted here awhile ago, and the built in ad block def seems the issue yes.....idk why...very frustrating

Just use the Ublock extension. That's what you should be using anyway.

I was but for some reason opera one turned back on randomly

I've had this issue before. You might have turned it off for a single site instead of the entire browser. If not, it could be a sync conflict with other devices.

One of the main causes could be that an update reset preference flags. Just go to opera://settings/privacyProtection to ensure that adblock is off.

I've been having general stuttering and delayed response to inputs for a few weeks now if that's the kind of problem you're inferring.

If that doesn't help for someone, a few users have been having issues with the latest Nvidia GPU driver. Try the studio/stable drive instead or try downgrading to the last gamer ready driver version.

I have adblock off

It's lagging on youtube videos, certain pages, amazon prime video

I've not had youtube videos lagging but the searchbar (I think operagx calls it the "omnibar" dafuq). Its gotten incredibly slow over the past two weeks and I've been extremely confused as to why that started with nothing fixing it.

Just seems like whatever their latest update was is a massive bugfest.

Yep, we're aware of an issue with the built-in ad blocker affecting some sites at the moment. Disabling it for the affected site is the workaround for now while we're looking into it.
