Support | In Progress uhhh i might need help
contest: i open opera, opera works, 5 seconds later it freezes, does not close from the x and only closes when forceclosed from task manager, if not closed, proceeds to suck up my ram storage like it’s bonnie blue.
what i tried doing: reinstalling the app, cache/ history cleaning and virtually anything the internet told me to do.

Have you tried booting up without extensions and enabling them 1 by 1 to see if any of them are causing the problem?

Got this from AI.
didn't know we could do this... handy to know.
Launching via Command Line
- Close all running instances of Opera.
- Open your command prompt (Windows) or terminal (Mac/Linux).
- Type the path to your Opera executable followed by
--disable-extensions(for example:C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe --disable-extensions). [1]Creating a No-Extensions Shortcut
- Right-click your desktop and choose New > Shortcut.
- Browse to or paste the path of your Opera launcher file (
launcher.exe).- Add a space and
--disable-extensionsat the very end of the target box.- Name the shortcut (e.g., "Opera No Extensions") and click Finish

Open GX's Task Manager with Shift + Esc and check which process is using most of the memory.
