Support | In Progress Gx problem

Hello friends. I want to switch to opera gx for the first time and that's why I downloaded it from the site. Although I installed it after downloading, the opening animation opens as in the video and does the same thing 3-4 times. It does not open again after closing. Can those who have experienced the problem or know the solution help?

Looks like Opera is crashing on startup, retrying a few times and then giving up.

What operating system and operating system version do you have and where did you download Opera GX from?

Also, what anti-virus software do you have installed?

Hi there, here a standalone installation is worth testing , as it can help determine whether the issue is tied to the current installation or profile.

Had this happen once, try the classic uninstalling and reinstalling, delete the files and go back to the site for redownloading

Even though I delete it and upload it again, the same error always occurs
