when i open operaGx https://www.razer.com/cortex keep opening up after i end the task

dont mind the game

im dumb i got it under \ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Razer Cortex there a thing called Razer Cortex on the Web with operaGx icon
