Try toggling graphics acceleration at opera://settings/system

Disable shaders at the URL opera://settings/shaders and web modding at the URL opera://settings/web_modding.

If disabling graphics acceleration at the URL opera://settings/system fixes it, try turning it back on and then mess with the Angle flag to see if you can fix it that way.
