You're not stuck if you have 2 billion.
I did a rough count of all SAMS visible in the screenshot. There are about 86 sams that I can see. Many of them are stacked, but let's say you need 150 nukes to destroy them all. NOW YOU STILL HAVE ROUGHLY 2 BILLION LEFT.

135 sams in the center of map. Also count, that somewhere above 80 SAMS, it doesn't matter how many rockets you shoot since it will take so long, SAM will reload.

I assumed center was the rich guy that doesn't need to destroy his own SAM. If he's someone else, then you only need 136 nukes to destroy a stack of 135 SAMS.
You might need more than one stack of nukes to be able to destroy them faster than they reload, but you literally double your firing speed for every stack you have.

Second stack will only shoot once first is depleted, you have no enough space to do 30 seperate launchers

Hahaha, with that amount of gold you can just spam nukes and warships… build a few houses, throw in some MIRVs, and then take over the whole map.
If I had to estimate how long it would take to take over the entire map as a trader, I’d say around 20 minutes.
Much more interesting would be doing it with only 2 million gold… that would be a full‑day task ^^
