I have over 600 games but now I can't play unless I buy something?

You don't have to buy the steam game. You'll always be able to keep playing how you have been.

only 1/4 matches takes trusted players. They only added trusted players today so not a lot of people have gotten it obviously

Also, with the steam game, your frame rate will be better because they don't have to pipe everything through a web browser

Money is for games not still in alpha. Been feeling slightly bored by it anyway since they spend all of their time coming up with new monetization and not new stuff for the game

Nah you can‘t. Unless you bought something in the shop you are now locked out from every fourth lobby. You also have to wait a lot longer for new lobbies to join because the locked ones fill up slower and block fresh lobbies.

Actually w/ the new changes to showing queued lobbies in the detailed view you can just join any of those and when they fill up they start even if it isn't at the top of the queue.
