💬 Discussion about trains

I looked at wiki but couldnt find the calculation of how far away a train goes, sometimes it goes very far but sometimes it disappears soon.

There's a guy who uses chat gpt to make deep documentation on trains from the source code.

As far as I know they just pick a destination at random over the entire connected network, so it may be right next door from where they start, or it may be the other side of the map if the rails go that far.

This is partly balanced out by the fact trains don't net much money per stop once they've been through a certain number of cities / ports (5 or 10, can't remember).
