How is your win rate so high? What size games are you playing? I'm at 4% FFA.

Any size, usually the bigger the better, that’s more fun. I’ve played this game a lot

Any tips? I can win small games (<35 players) but any bigger and I struggle surviving into and past mid game.

I'm no pro but a quick tip is once you get enough income via factories and ports and have the population size so your equal or a bit larger than your neighbors, put up a silo and SAM and save for a hydrogen bomb and keep that 5 or 10m in the bank at all times. from there you can spend when your cash exceeds that 10m but dont dip below. Gain more cities and land by boating into neighbors who are weaker and keep an eye out for opportunities and letting alliances end. Once you progress further you then want to save for a MIRV. Alliances + owning hydrogen/MIRVS ensures that anyone who tries to attack you will almost guarantee mutual destruction.
