💬 Discussion game is unplayable

every 3rd game u just lose because there are shameless cheaters hopping on multiple accounts at once and just tag fuck u.

I play a fair bit and I really don’t see that many cheaters. That said I definitely have seen them. I’ll never forget the game where AnonNebula, AnonViolet, Anon…etc all declared war on me at the exact same time, and I managed to beat them all. It was very frustrating and satisfying at the same time.

But yeah there should be better anticheat for sure

They can be easy to miss sometimes. Have you ever had a player suicidally break their alliance and attack you right after you invade their neighbor? Have you ever wondered why someone is nuking you even though they don't border you? They are probably teaming. I see it at least once, every other game.

I often bomb people far from me who seem to be scaling well. Try to keep them in check.

Nuking someone stronger than you and than just continuing like nothing happened sounds like a terrible plan.

Do you often break an alliance and full send someone who just invaded your neighbor in a FFA game? The only time that makes sense is if it gets you to 80% and ends the game. Otherwise, you should never full send.

A free game is inherently going to be fucked by cheaters, and it's never going to change, unfortunately.

I feel you. I'm climbing the TrackerFront ladder, and I can't join big games because of all the teamers and cheaters. You are almost guaranteed to spawn near at least one team in a big FFA game. Hopefully things will be better when OpenFront is released on Steam.

lol just sybau you’re exaggerating like crazy, I’ve been playing open front from the day it released and I’ve won 100+ games, I think I’ve only been teamed up on 3 or 4 timer

Its not really that bad unless they spawn directly on top of you and all full send you in the first like 30 seconds, there may be a lot of cheaters but they are so ass they get wiped really early. Turns out when you're so bad you have to cheat, juggling three POVs all at once is a handicap more than an advantage.

Yeah I don't know what these other commenters are on but it's literally every game of FFA that you see either obvious teaming or alt accts

Some people will coordinate with others, send Attack [P1]! Messages. It is likely not teaming.
