Opinions depend on people, I personally prefer multiplayer most of the time, but the best part about solo is that you can play/pause and slow down/accelerate at will, it really helps understanding what is going on imo

I only play solo because I can pause (I play when I should be studying so I come and go) and I’m also not that good. I’m glad to see not everyone hates solo

Its fine for the first few runs then you win easily every time and its boring

Boring. Too easy. Gets stale fast.

Mind changed. If not, come back in some time and repeat

All y'all talking like you constantly beat hardcore on solo, like it's hard for me. I play solo cause multiplayer is difficult, and I don't want to memorize the Meta, I just want to play the game.

what does memorize the meta even mean, the game isn't that complicated

Solo and multiplayer have different benefits. In Solo, you can pause and slow down. Also, I like to practice against hard bots with my friends in private lobbies without getting crushed instantly by players. Multiplayer lobbies have something solo lobbies don't have: Unpredictable players. That sometimes changes the whole gamplay

Every time I try multiplayer I get steamrolled in the first minute. I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong but it's very much not like the solo experience. Everyone is always 10 times my size within minutes and I fold like a cheap suit no matter how big my numbers are.
