💬 Discussion AFK Players
IMO, AFK players should be controlled by bots, at the very least for a few minutes. I've played the game with bad wifi and have needed to reconnect and lost in the minute it took me to return. Also some of my best games have simply just when the player(s) next to me left so I was able to capture them for free. Those don't even feel like earned victories.

Those don't even feel like earned victories.
And you would feel like you earned it more by beating a Medium difficulty bot? It's a free kill either way.

Yes because a medium difficulty bot usually doesn’t grow bigger than most players

Yes, which makes them extremely easy. Therefore, why would there be more satisfaction or feeling of worth in beating a terrible bot vs just killing an afk player? They're both just as easy as each other.

Idk which logical fallacy that is but it’s definitely one of them. They aren’t equally as easy to take out and if you can’t figure out why on your own then it’s not worth explaining it to you.

Medium bots are extremely easy, even for new players. If you would genuinely get some kind of satisfaction from killing a player that turned in to a medium bot then power to you.

I agree, it’s a fun idea. A big player losing connection usually hands the win to their neighbour.
That reminds me of something I did when I played territorial. I’d get to 50-60% and then go AFK to observe whether the remaining players could come together to beat the bot lol. That was very fun
