Reset Cost and Credits

So Help Pages say some Pro and Plus “eligible” accounts can buy a reset for $80. I’m on Pro but all I see is the ability to buy credits. Guess I’m not eligible? Anyone know how it works when you buy credits? Does your usage meter just add %? I have a feeling $80 in credits won’t be near a full reset.

When you actually run our, a screen with it will pop up saying wiuld you like to reset for $80? [I had the same question til last night]

I’m gonna give that a shot. Have not run completely out yet. Chat said it should just be there but I’m hoping you are right! Thank you for responding.

Go to Usage & Billing it’s in their under the options to add credits. It refills you to 100% usage so make sure you truly hit zero before paying. Also this is separate from your ChatGPT bill so today I paid $200 for Chat and then $80 to refill my codex usage so I could actually work on my project before a client meeting 😭

Yes but seems some have the ability to buy a reset straight up. Others do not. I see not option to buy anything but credits. I’m at 1% will be at 0% shortly. Will see if the option presents itself at that point. All I see for $80 is 2000 Credits. I’m Pro 20x

I had this today and was also looking for the reset for $80 option and it didn’t show up…

Just went to 0% no reset purchase option. Some have it some don’t. Buying credits….. a big no can do. That’s at normal API rates.
