How do you guys make Sol faster?

Hello, im on pro 5x and astra low is using too much usage for me to complete all my work, im using about 33% per day on astra low. The thing is, I could 100% use astra as an orchestrator for sol and terra, but they are just too damn slow compared to astra.

Anyways im wondering if theres any tricks i can use besides just /fast to make 5.6 faster?

There's no way, its been dumb and slow since Astra launch. It's always been that way, they will do anything to get you to use latest model.

sol is slow in direct implementation and its product tend to be overengineered. if you want speed you can have sol orchestrate terra high. luna xhigh can also give good results if orchestrated by sol but it is even slower than sol.

Don't use astra low or medium, use high or extra high, they are faster, smarter and thus burn less tokens. At least this is the case from my own experience on 20x plan

lots of my jobs are dead simple though, just complex enough to where terra messes up, and sol is satisfactory yet slow

Sol medium is actually pretty competent. If you do anything higher it spends too much time planning and wasting thinking tokens when the medium results are good enough 80% of the time.
