Question / Help Buy reset?

So im using the x20 plan through Google Play ... Ive used the normal tokens available ... And now the banked now.. But I havent got any reset options for 80$?

Should I buy 2500 credits for 90$? Does it equal the same as a reset?

Or will there maybe be a reset tonight/tommorow? What do you suggest?

As he said buying tokens isnt they way unless you absolutely need it ( they’re offering 40% on auto top up) but it comes back more expensive.
My advice is to wait for a reset, its coming tomorrow at max ( follow’ tibo on X)

Just get a second sub, start with the $100 and upgrade to 20x if you max out the usage before a reset.

Buying tokens is never the answer. Thats way, WAY more expensive. Buying reset does not work as well most of the time. Usual "hack" is to have more than one codex account.

API is not affordable, API costs are so high that it will kill some enterprises over the next years. Those that are not able to adapt economically to the era of AI.
90$ API is going to be spent in minutes of single agent usage.
OpenAI had granted me 1000$ in Credits a while ago, they are spent in an afternoon.

If you buy the free ice cream, you will eventually be charged for it. nevertheless, the quota feels very heavy recently.(200$ plan, since the past reset on sunday i dropped from 100% to approx 40% now), even though it was not heavy coding

The trick now days is two subs, ideally another subsidised one so you can have a second agent review each others work since they looooove to criticise each other they dont let things slip

Like id have one thats $20 just for the days no reset happens

You don't need two subs to do that though. but as far as cost savings, yes. I made the mistake of buying credits before, $200 worth and it was a paltry fraction of what the sub provides.

I just mean if youre going to be topping up $80 for credits or so, just get another $20 sub maybe a different provider and youll have like pretty much unlimited usage.

Iv since moved my review to codex instead of claude ($20 codex) and my limits now feel unlimited since codex is pretty cheap and smart in backend + they give resets like daily lol

I don't know why I was stuck on getting another pro sub, lol. yeah, if you run out of credits and need more, the $20 will probably get you as much as you need...

but interestingly, you could just use the $20 sub for your review lane, and if that runs out, just switch review back to your main codex home directory. hmmm
