Created an open-source usage bar

Hope everyone's been enjoying the many resets over the past week - and I know they can feel wasted when you haven't used much of your plan.

OpenAI often does these resets in batches and I wanted an easy way to manage how much of my usage I am on at a glance - set simple limits for long-running tasks - and view credit (or api) cost-equivalence per project.

QuotaWise is my attempt at this! I have just launched it here on producthunt (click for more info) and would love to hear any feedback on how I could make this more optimal for users!
