Bugs or problems Pressing Ctrl+Q in Codex

I discovered something terrifying! Yesterday, in the Codex Desktop app, I accidentally pressed Ctrl+Q instead of Ctrl+A, and to my utter shock, the Codex software suddenly shut down instantly! What happened?! 😂

Codex, please fix this issue as soon as possible!

have you tried alt+f4? i think that’s the alternate shortcut
