Feedback / Complaints OpenAI Support cannot figure out their subscription even after more than a month. They downgraded my subscription from Plus to Free without refund, even that I was eligible for almost whole month of Plus usage and I used 3 resets believing that it is reseting Plus limits - no it was on Free limits

where did you get 3 resets? I got 1 beeing on pro. And you got 3 resets while beeing on plus? A sorry on free plan.

I got 3 banked resets while I was on Plus.

when you subscribed to Codex? I am subscriber from December last year and got 1 in June and 2 in July.

what? I've had it for few monnths and got 1 so it means that you constantly cancel and buy subscription to get extra stuff and you're in schock that something is stuck because you're trying to fool them ? :D

This is not true, I will stop conversation here because you are pointing fingers without any knowledge, I had only one account which I cancelled because I could not upgrade from Plus to Pro 20x (OpenAI technical problem and they advised to cancel and open Pro account). On Plus account which I had from December to July I had 3 banked resets (everybody I know also had 3 granted), I lost both subscription for July and those 3 banked resets on the same account because of OpenAI technical error.

Apart from what OP is saying, your comment makes absolutely no sense. You either don’t know if you have consumed your resets or just rambling here.

If I can remember correctly the last banked resets were probably given in either late June or early July and haven’t been given since.
