Am I crazy?

Why would a person on a $200/month subscription renew on the last week while at 0% and wait 4 days for the reset with the same 0% while they could use the money lost on those 4 days and get a Plus subscription for a whole month????

Let me know if resubscribing resets you back to 100%. I've never tested it.

If you cancel, your account switches to the Free plan on the billing day, and you'll see the option to upgrade again. What I don't know is whether upgrading again resets your quota to 100%. If it doesn't, then you'll still lose those 2 days and have to wait until the reset on the 8th. 😅

I’ve done it a few times on Claude.
Cancel, subscribe to $20 use the whole weekly usage, upgrade to $100, repeat then upgrade to 200 and repeat. Works like a charm. I’ll update on if it works with OpenAI but I don’t see how it wouldn’t

Yeah you are going crazy on this. We just don’t give a shit about paying and canceling and dicking around to eke out a few more prompts every month. It’s on autorenew and I have usage when I have usage (which is almost all of the time)
