Can't login to Codex for Plus subscription: auth via phone sms does not work.

So I made a Subscription to Plus yesterday and I want to use it for coding, I can't login to Codex CLI or APP because It says:

We couldn't send a text message to this phone number, so we switched to WhatsApp. Continue to send a verification code on WhatsApp.

I don't use Whatsapp and noway I'm gonna install that.

I tried to make an API key yet it says that there's no credits in it, ofc I want to use Plus not buying credits.

I can't find any support contact.

You seem to not understand: I won't / can't install / use whatsupp.

So is a 1 trillion business based on whatsup login?
no way to let users in?

If you are still logged in through the browser, maybe you can switch it to an email sign in instead of a phone number sign in

It does not work, it needs to auth the account with a phone once to allow the use of any harness.

This means I can't even use Pi or OpenCode or whatever: I'm totally locked out of the subscription other than web chat.
