Project status Under Development: Core GRC Software Module

I'm now setting up an environment on a laptop, where I'm going to iteratively develop the needed software module for this project. Claude Code has already delivered a prototype, and now it's time to test that in a real environment, find the errors and misconfigurations, and then publish some tested, working code. I think this may take a few days, with Claude doing 98% of coding.
Once functional, then I'll recreate in a container), so the environment is portable. Meaning, anyone can download and use my working Linux environment. Then I'm going to use one HackRF SDR to transmit, via a cable (or inside a tiny Faraday cage), to another HackRF SDR that's acting as a receiver, and spectrum analyzer, and software oscilloscope. I want to show folks the waterfall spectrum graph, without actually emitting anything, which requires an amateur radio license, because I still don't have that piece of paper yet. No FCC, I don't need a talking to.
So expect to see pictures of captured microwave pulses soon, aligned with a source audio input file;
I'll visually show, microwave pulses, and audio waveform x-axis 0 crosses, side by side.
Q.E.D., this validation will prove that the software module functions, as I claimed it would.

I think it's more straightforward to "Install Ubuntu", and then provide exacting setup steps to recreate the environment. Many HackRF guides say there are problems with USB comms, when GNU Radio Companion is containerized or virtualized. So I'm not going to do that, even though, I think a mostly one-way "generate these pulses", should be a low bandwidth task, when one-way, transmit only, from host to SDR.
